For thousands of seniors in Los Angeles who are chronically homeless, Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) provides housing staffed with on-site social workers to ensure they remain in safe and supportive housing.
The primary goal of the Permanent Supportive Housing program is to improve members’ physical and mental health so they can maximize their independence and quality of life.
Affordable housing combined with case management gives homeless seniors a platform from which to access other essential services.
One new housing community of 45 units for Veterans is currently in pre-development in Santa Fe Springs.
