Who We Serve

IN-HOME CARE

ALA staff conduct level of care assessments to determine what type of services or facility is appropriate for an individual. If someone requires assistance at home then caregivers can help with:

  • Bathing, Dressing, Meal Preparation, Transportation
  • Memory Care, Incontinence Care, Toileting, Walking/Transferring
  • Companionship
  • Medication Oversight
  • Transportation
  • Cooking

The first step is a home evalutation to understand your unique needs as you experience them in your everyday surroundings.  Our Director will visit your home and ask questions about your daily routine.  At the end of the evaluation, you will receive information on what additional services may be helpful.

OUT-PATIENT PLACEMENT

ALA currently works with medical facilities and government entities to provide permanent placements for patients that are not able to care for themselves. Permanent placement includes affordable and supportive housing.
